Rachel is a Certified Canine Esthetician and has been grooming since 2010. She is Pet Tech and CPR Certified. Rachel’s career began at a corporate grooming salon. She quickly became a salon manager and then took a short hiatus from grooming to manage a boarding facility on the North side of Indy. Rachel started grooming locally in 2013 at a vets office, and in 2017 Rachel opened a small home based grooming studio on Mann Road, known as Grooming By Rachel. She quickly outgrew the small studio, and dreamed of opening a salon and building a team with the same passion of providing gentle, low stress grooming for pets. In early 2020 Lotus Pet Spa was opened. In late 2022 Rachel began easing into grooming retirement in order to focus on the business. While she isn’t grooming much these days she absolutely loves seeing her furry friends and phenomenal clients at the salon.

Rachel is married, a bonus mom to an awesome little girl, and has 5 dogs and 1 cat. In her free time she likes hiking with her family and dogs, tending to her houseplants and also loves PC gaming with her husband.
Rebecca is a licensed pet groomer from The National Groomers Association since 1982. Rebecca has a passion and artistic eye that drives her to be an exceptional and professional pet groomer. Her years of expertise brings a mastery of patience in handling furry pets of all temperaments, adding a calmness and spa quality to the grooming experience. Rebecca takes great pride in ensuring that each client receives the highest level of professional care and personal attention.

Colleen, the friendly face of Lotus Pet Spa, is committed to providing a warm and professional experience for both pets and their owners. As a proud Navy veteran with an MBA, she brings dedication, professionalism, and exceptional customer service to her role. As the initial point of contact, Colleen warmly greets and assists clients, ensuring every visit is smooth and enjoyable. Her passion for animals extends beyond her professional life—at home, she takes care of five dogs and three birds. In her free time, she finds solace in reading and cherishing the time she spends with her family.
Antonia brings over 10 years of experience in the grooming industry, working with both dogs and cats of all breeds and temperaments. As a dedicated pet professional, she has a special place in her heart for animals with special needs, caring for several deaf and blind dogs of her own. Beyond grooming, Antonia has a strong background in social work and therapy, holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in the field. For the past five years, she has worked as a therapist specializing in DCS clients while continuing her passion for pet care. When she’s not at work, Antonia spends all of her free time with her two toddlers. She is also deeply involved in dog rescue and volunteers with her best friend’s rescue, Pink Heart Rescue, specializing in dogs with genetic conditions that cause varying degrees of deafness and blindness. With her compassionate nature and extensive experience, Antonia is dedicated to providing the best care for every pet she works with.
Tiffany has dedicated 16 years to the grooming industry, bringing experience, passion, and a gentle touch to every pet she cares for. She has a special place in her heart for senior dogs, ensuring they receive the extra patience and comfort they deserve. Married to her high school sweetheart, Tiffany and her husband have a son and a daughter who keep them busy with their many sports. At home, their family also includes two lovable Boxers and three cats. When she’s not grooming, Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her kids at their games, diving into a good book, or relaxing with her favorite sitcom reruns.
