If you do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before you are scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled grooming fee per dog. Please be considerate of our groomers and that they earn their living by commission-based sales.

For the safety of our staff, customers, and canine clients, we require that your pet is current and that you provide proof of the following vaccinations:

Rabies tags are NOT an acceptable form of vaccine documentation. We do accept titer tests.
We require that you pick up within 30 minutes of groom completion. Please be available to pick your pet up in a timely manner.
For every minute you are late picking up your dog past the pickup window you will be charged $1.00 per minute in late fees, payable at the time of pick-up.
Owners must inform Lotus Pet Spa if their dog(s) bites, has bitten, or is aggressive to people, other dogs or specific grooming procedures. Muzzles may be used if necessary. Lotus Pet Spa reserves the right to refuse/stop service for such dogs at any time before or during the grooming process, and charge an aggressive dog fee, in addition to the regular grooming charge.
Grooming procedures can sometimes be stressful, especially for a senior dog or a dog with health problems. These procedures can expose hidden or aggravate known or unknown medical problems, during or after the groom. Because senior dogs with health problems have a greater chance of injury these dogs will be groomed for cleanliness and comfort, and the style that will not add to their stress. In the interest of your dog, this agreement will give Lotus Pet Spa permission to obtain immediate veterinary treatment for your dog should it be deemed necessary by Lotus Pet Spa. We will do our best to contact you first, then take your dog to your authorized veterinarian or to the nearest available veterinarian.
Payment for all services are due at pickup, no exceptions. We accept credit/debit cards, cash and check.
